Job Summary: If you are excited to maintain and showcase our advanced manufacturing facility in its best light and take pride in your work we are eager to talk to you! Job Role: Performs a variety of routine custodian tasks not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning, emptying trash receptacles, cutting up delivery pallets and disposing of them etc. Performs minor repairs on furniture, buildings and equipment Clean, sanitize and supply bathrooms Ensure grounds are clean and orderly Completes projects with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to minimize interruption to production Identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance to management Must adhere to health and safety procedures, and all workplace policies Others duties as assigned What You Will Bring to the Team: High School Diploma or Equivalency Two years of relevant work experience Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite) Physical stamina and dexterity Very good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Able to work under pressure Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident What Fibreworks Will Bring to You: Medical benefits, dental, vision, long term disability and life insurance Matching 401k Discretionary quarterly bonuses based upon company performance $1000 sign on bonus offered exclusively to new hires, not applicable to rehires within 12 months Referral program Employee Verizon discount 80 hours PTO vacation, 40 hours PTO sick Climate controlled facility Monthly incentive bonuses Paid weekly Paid training Job Type: Non-exempt, full time Regular Hours of Work: Part Time Hours 2:00PM - 6:00PM Mon-Fri; Weekends, Holidays and work hours as scheduled by Management.
