Job Summary:: Job description Kansas Asphalt - Concrete Finisher We are seeking Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete work, including mixing and pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:: Responsibility: - Mix and pour concrete according to specifications - Use hand tools and power tools to finish concrete surfaces - Smooth and level freshly poured concrete - Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or sealing - Repair and restore damaged concrete structures - Set up and dismantle concrete forms - Operate equipment such as concrete pumps or welding machines as needed - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Skills: To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Proficiency in concrete mixing and pouring techniques - Experience in restoring damaged concrete structures - Basic welding skills for repairs or modifications - Proficiency in using hand tools for concrete finishing - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
