We are currently seeking a highly motivated Capture Manager to lead and execute our strategic initiatives for business growth and expansion. Position Overview: The Capture Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities. This senior-level position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve long-term business success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, and will possess a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Lead and execute growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities in target markets, industries, and customer segments. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement plans to increase revenue, improve profitability, and support the company's financial goals. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use insights to inform business development strategies and competitive positioning. Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive the acquisition of new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Develop long-term partnerships to support sustained business growth. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. Proposal Development & Management: Lead and oversee the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and bids in response to RFPs and other business opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, finance) to ensure the alignment of growth strategies with company goals. Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty to maximize business opportunities. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals. Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, revenue projections, and market trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Demonstrated experience in market expansion, client acquisition, and partnership development. Strong understanding of market research, financial analysis, and business strategy. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in government contracting is a must.
