Our Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager promote and sell Workplace HCM Solutions to new prospects and clients within an assigned geographic area. Responsibilities Qualified candidates will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Research accounts to identify point of contact Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner Multi channel marketing and prospecting Manage and Overcome objections Develop exceptional prospect relationships Communicate with prospects and clients through telephone, email & social media Achieve and exceed monthly quotas as set by Workplace HCM Maintain all activity in Workplace HCM proprietary database Become a peer mentor to new team members by offering support training, job shadowing and guidance Be the responsible party for any "complex" projects which require advanced analysis and support Complete continued educational opportunities, including webinars and research online Requirements Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities: 5 years business to business sales experience 2 years HCM sales experience and a track record of success selling to C-Level executives in mid-sized organizations Have experience with credible lead follow-up and development at multiple executive levels within any organization Be a team leader in a high-energy sales environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with all forms of technology, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance, marketing, or business
