Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an Equipment & Logistics Manager to support our Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP ) Warehouse Operations. Who is Leidos QTC Health Services? RHRP provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. Health assessments services are performed by group events, in-clinic individual appointments, and by providing call center support. This is a onsite position at our Wood Dale IL. Location: 1350 N Michael Dr. Suite A, Wood Dale, IL 60191 What part would you play in this mission? Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, you will manage the review of field support requirements and recommendation of tool and test equipment. Directs the establishment of calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the review of handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. In this rewarding role, you will: Responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected deadlines and maintain accurate inventory Schedule and track all incoming and outgoing inventory Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner according to set criteria Responsible for hiring, performance, setting staff expectations, onboarding new employees, and daily approvals of employee timekeeping Coaches, mentors and trains employees for growth and development opportunities in skill, knowledge and empowerment Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency of tasks and quality of deliverables Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods and carriers to meet parameters, specifications, and costs Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Duties: Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team members and with a sense of urgency Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail Possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze data and information Demonstrate a high standard of business ethics and integrity Proficient Microsoft Office Suite 7 years of Supply and Logistics in Medical or Healthcare Logistics - preferred Some weekend work will be required You must have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Minimum 7 years of management experience required Pay and Benefits: Pay Range $105,000 - $125,000 *The Leidos QTC Health Services pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
