Overview: Trissential is a trusted partner for end-to-end quality services and management consulting for digital transformation. Trissential is currently seeking a Director of Digital Product Development (DPD) as part of our Digital Solutions business. Ideally the candidate lives in the central part of the US, while the position is primarily remote, up to 30% client travel is expected. Responsibilities: Sets the vision for capabilities and solution offerings aligned to our overall Digital Solutions and Trissential leadership Fosters and mentors the members of the DPD team Provides leadership over DPD engagements simultaneously to high level of customer satisfaction and business value Collaborate with Trissential business development team members during sales efforts to demonstrate DPD capabilities, create a vision for a solution that Trissential can build, create estimates and work plans Leads development of responses to RFIs/RFPs and customer proposals Works with recruiting team to ensure Trissential has the talent pipeline to meet market demand Develops resources (both Trissential and client) by teaching, empowering, reviewing results, both in technical areas and in consulting soft skills Cultivates new relationships with senior-level decision-makers, influencers, and connectors Helps drive innovation/solution thought leadership by identifying emerging trends and solutions that fuel growth for clients and Trissential Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information or other relevant field Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of leadership and consulting experience Deep experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including but not limited to: Human Centered Design / Design Thinking, Enterprise / Solution Architecture, Software Engineering / Full Stack Development, Microservices, Integration, Automated Software Testing, DevSecOps, Hyperautomation, Agile / Iterative Development and mainstream languages such Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, .Net, C++, HTML, Python, etc. Strong consultative, communication, presentation, facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience Able to handle conflict resolution well, facilitating discussion and alternatives of different approaches Track record of building high performing development teams Track record of innovation and thought leadership in emerging trends and solutions that fuel growth for clients and Trissential Ability to shift from hands on technology practitioner to executive level leader able to set a vision, and business case converting ideas into action and business value Essential skills: Works independently or well within a team Wants to continuously grow knowledge base and skill set Collaborative, consultative mindset Works well in a fast-paced environment Strong technical background Deep knowledge and curiosity about technology and systems Agile mindset Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of management consulting experience and/or industry experience At least 2 years of relevant practice leadership experience Strong presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems Prior Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, AngularJS Able to handle conflict resolution well, facilitating discussion and alternatives of different approaches Benefits: Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The annual salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000, with a 10% annual bonus, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications, and reputation within the industry.
