Description Senior Director, Field Marketing NA Location: Remote, USA Employment Type Full-Time Compensation $150,000.00 -$200,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience. Benefits Offered Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401k Summary The Senior Director of Field Marketing will lead and manage a team of field marketers to drive demand and build brand awareness within North America and LATAM. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Additionally, working with the Campaigns team, the Senior Director will implement and oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing efforts within the region. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy that aligns with overall company goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of seasoned field marketers to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Communicate strategy to team, measure performance regularly, adjust plans as needed to reach goals. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive hyper-personalized marketing efforts. Collaborate with campaigns and sales teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing plans Develop many-to-1, 1-1 campaign playbooks for use in the field. Measure and optimize campaigns to ensure effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes. Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, and campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth. Develop and manage field marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROMI. Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to continuously improve and optimize efforts. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with NA SVP Sales, and regional sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives. Serve as a key liaison between the field and other marketing teams, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration and maximizing efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Alliances team to communicate plans and collaborate on joint activities. Required Education and Expereince Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, and ABM Preferred Education and Experience Proven track record of leading and managing successful marketing teams Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry Ability to travel as needed to support field marketing activities and team management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership and Team Management.
