Responsibilities Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries with emphasis on gaining efficiencies and process improvements Assemble audit packages Support annual internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, and financial statements Responsible for preparing consolidated accounts and investor reporting for investment funds Help define, document, and execute proper internal controls for accounting functions Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures and prepare respective financial reports, including reconciliations of various G/L accounts Responsible for appropriate month- and quarter-end accruals Perform financial analysis and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Recommend improvements to current accounting processes to enhance and streamline the department Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary Collaborate with international teams to streamline monthly reporting Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field CPA (or in process of obtaining CPA) 4+ years of public accounting or related experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements, account analysis, and accounting policy Large ERP system experience (we use NetSuite) as well as advanced ability in Excel Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as a team Quick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challenges A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task Fosters teamwork across the organization with excellent communication skills Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative global environment Passion for driving and delivering results and delivering constructive change Highly flexible with an entrepreneurial mindset $90,000 - $115,000 a year At Xsolla, we are passionate about providing a conducive environment for our team to thrive personally and professionally.
