About the role: The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for owning, evolving, and optimizing the digital website experience and the digital acquisition channels for Kitsap Credit Union. This position is for a leadership role that can communicate into all levels of the organization and is a skilled people leader and team builder. What you will do: Own and run the Credit Union's website and partner with the online banking team. Own end-to-end design, functionality, and outcomes for published goals. Executes digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external resources and channels to assist the organization in traffic driving and enhancing brand awareness and achieving short and long-term results. Knowledge of digital ad buying, KPIs, best practices, and performance reporting is required. Conceptualizes, researches, and recommends data-driven digital marketing strategies in collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure a marketing plan is created and updated annually. Ensures strategies are designed to achieve measurable results that are in alignment with the organization's annual management plan, annual budget, and long-range strategic plan goals. Administers digital marketing solutions software for marketing automation, sales leads, and omni-channel personalization. Ensures effective integration into existing technology. Knowledge of CRM principles and Salesforce tool suite is a plus. Negotiates and administers vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and services related to digital marketing solutions in alignment with internal vendor due diligence and vendor management program. Ensures effective processes are in place and consistently utilized to comply with all digital marketing/advertising, privacy, and other applicable policies, related laws, regulations, and guidelines. Responsible for developing the digital marketing budget for the Vice President of Marketing. Effectively manages budgets and resources. Works with internal teams and external sources to develop high quality content for a range of online/mobile platforms. Optimizes content that is consistent with the brand standards, messaging, tone, and personality of the Credit Union. Develops and manages effective search engine marketing and search engine optimization programs that foster leads and sales conversions. Continually evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate and feasible. Creates, implements, and adjusts monthly and yearly calendars with VP and team. Continually reviews and adjusts to achieve monthly targets and budget. Manages and develops digital marketing team. Sets goals for performance and deadlines that comply with the Credit Union's plans and vision. What you will bring: REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Understanding of UI information, website and mobile architecture, and digital design principles, including HTML. Exceptional understanding of data architecture and hands on experience with data management and marketing automation tools. Ability to gather, integrate, and use data and behavioral analytics to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet or exceed expectations. Strong experience developing and managing SEO, SEM, and all digital advertising channels. This role may also manage some non-digital channels as well. In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels. In-depth knowledge of web design procedures.
