Office Administrator Summary American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator for our Warm Springs, VA location. This is a part time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer. Office Administrator Responsibilities: All Location Administrative duties Receptionist responsibilities such as answering a multi-line phone system Data Entry HR duties including hiring and other duties as assigned Other duties as assigned Office Administrator Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required 2+ years experience in an office environment - preference given to those with manufacturing background Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced office environment with little supervision. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Attention to detail and accuracy.
