Primary Care Opening in Wilton, Connecticut (50 miles from New York City) Affiliated with Norwalk Hospital, Nuvance Health, is seeking Primary Care Physician for our Wilton Primary and Specialty Care practice in Wilton, Connecticut. Work with 5 experienced physicians and 1 APRN in a busy established practice in a family friendly location with close proximity to NYC and close to Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, CT. Alternatively, Wilton is home to many national and regional businesses allowing residents to live and work in one place. This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match and contribution. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate primary care physician who will provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.
