The Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves as a member of the clinical team providing support, guidance, direction and supervision to assigned Behavior Technicians. The Clinical Manager's role includes but is not limited to; conducting FBAs, overseeing treatment planning, conducting IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff. Organize and analyze data, review treatment plans, develop and oversee implementation ABA programs, communicate with funding sources, and provide parent and staff training. Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure they have all the materials needed to run a smooth session, collect data, and that all data has been collected correctly and accurately. Attend clinical team meetings and professional development meetings as indicated. Provide direct services if need be in order to supervise more effectively. Annual pay to attend a Regional Conference and continuing education units opportunity. To qualify for this role we ask that you have a Master degree or higher in education or a related field. You are a BCBA or BCBA-D and that you are a LBA in Connecticut or willing to get licensing. That you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervision (In-home/center-based experience highly preferred). 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD. That you have a valid Driver's License, proof of valid car insurance. Must have availability in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends (as needed). Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs without the assistance of another adult.
