Rate Range: $20-$21.34/Hr Job Description: The Advisory MSSN Operations Associate will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for *** branch personnel in regards to Advisory account opening, maintenance, and billing. The associate will explain various policies and procedures, assist with navigation of the firm's systems as well as process branch personnel requests. Inquiries and processing request include, but are not limited to, Advisory account opening, clearing account deficiencies, adjusting the client's advisory fee rate*** explaining the firms standard floor and support levels, linking client accounts for billing purposes, modifying a debit account, and various advisory policies that affect commissions. In addition to being the Advisory point of contact, the Advisory Operations Associate will work with Advisory Operations on researching exception reports and will assist in Advisory Related Project work. Required and Preferred qualifications: Efficient written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal and service skills Problem solving, personal accountability, ownership, and professionalism Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge Teamwork as well as ability to work well individually Four-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications or similar preferred - General knowledge of financial markets Working knowledge of *** systems and policies and Billing on advisory accounts a plus Non-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).Please note that this position does not include paid time off benefits.
