Compensation Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Status : Full Time Regular Shift: DAY SHIFT Department: Information Services Position Summary Summary: The Applications Analyst - UKG Kronos IT Lead role is accountable for supporting all technology solutions that help the Kronos UKG Dimensions functions. This role will ensure that the migration of Work Force Central to Dimensions is taking place smoothly and the product is functioning as expected. It also involves monitoring the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, integrations are working, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations, and performing root cause analysis. This person will also manage all vendors for this functional IT domain, and they will ensure the services being provided by the outsource provider(s) are consistently meeting SLAs. Work with Software Partners to understand roadmaps and release management. They also engage with the business areas within their functional domain to support operational business events and any associated application changes. Qualifications Responsibilities: Education Required • Must complete in-house orientation program • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline • Master's degree preferred. Experience And Skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Speaks, reads and writes English • Technical expertise in SQL, Rules engine, HTML, JavaScript, etc. at an expert level. • 10+ years of Kronos Time and Attendance (Dimensions experience required and BOOMI is preferred) • 2+ years of experience in Integration is preferred • 2+ years experience in Kronos UKG Dimensions. • Good working knowledge of Kronos Pay Rules, Work Rules, Attestation, Kronos terminals configurations etc. • Programming experience using Kronos interfaces • Experience with Oracle Human Resource is desired • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development role is desired • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
