Job Description Fortitude Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated self-directed professional to fill the role of a Senior Software Engineer. Required Qualifications: Familiarity with microservices-based architectures Experience with Java 11+, PostgreSQL and SOLR Experience with messaging via ActiveMQ or similar Experience with REST and SOAP based interfaces using HTTPS and TLS Ability to work in a Linux environment at command line, bash scripting, etc. Experience with version control using Git and familiarity with GitLab (or GitHub) Experience with automation of builds, deployments using tools like Maven, GitLab CI and Ansible Experience with Unit (e.g. JUnit) and Integration Testing Desired Qualifications: Experience with Dropwizard for RESTful web services Experience with MongoDB and AWS or other cloud knowledge Experience with HashiCorp Terraform and Packer, HashiCorp Consul and HashiCorp Vault Experience with ELK stack Experience Monitoring via Prometheus Location: Chantilly, VA Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI + Poly Fortitude Technologies positions require an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
