Description As the Finance Manager you will work in support of the Finance Department and the Executive Management Team by supporting and managing the finance department on numerous levels. The FM drives company strategic goals by offering financial insights that allow the Executive Management to make informed business decisions for the company. The FM finds creative solutions and supports continuous improvement goals by implementing new and improving currents systems within the Finance Department. The FM performs any task required to maintain business continuity within the Finance Department. Responsibilities: o Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company o Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems o Develop and create monthly financial reporting o Prepare and deliver monthly financial presentations to executives o Create and maintain various financial models used to support decision making o Support annual planning processes including developing and communicating targets, creating budgets, and loading and reconciling data o Liaise with auditors in support of positive outcomes for internal and external audits o Review, evaluate, and execute upon cost reduction opportunities o Lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast o Support all operations within the finance department to meet goals and objectives and help design a framework from which to meet these goals o Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements o Assist with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests To be considered you'll need: •A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field. •A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. •A minimum of 2 years financial analysis: budget, forecast, plan, root cause analysis. •A minimum of 2 years of creating presentations for various leadership levels. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools. •Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. •Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information. •Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. •Solid company-centric ideology. •Excellent business judgement, analytical, and decision-making skills. •The ability to balance multiple priorities. •Core values of honesty and respect. •A thirst for learning. •The desire to be challenged You will thrive if you: •Enjoy an autonomous work environment. •Have a LEAN mindset. •Desire to pursue excellence. •Have a strong professional presence. •Are the first person to help. •Seek out opportunities to bring added value.
