Maintenance Planner

Job Title: Maintenance Planner Location: Souderton, PA Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities: Creates, reviews, plans and schedules all PM (preventive maintenance) activities. Checks orders to ensure the priority is realistic and provide practical lead time, cost and other coding for accuracy. Develops an integrated maintenance work schedule for the Maintenance Staff and Team Leader. Works primarily through e- maintenance CMMS system. Procures parts, helps with inventory parts control, and issues necessary parts- ensures parts are checked out properly. Utilizes the ROSS system for creating and closing work orders based on production demands. Tracks materials issued for each work order by lot numbers and ensuring they meet quality standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree or experience in food manufacturing. 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume maintenance and/or manufacturing environment
