WHO YOU ARE: Are you innovative and creative in the digital marketing space, yet looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow? PSSI is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels, while maintaining key platforms and reporting. This role will collaborate with the Growth Marketing team on strategy and execution of key campaign requirements that will drive lead generation, customer engagement and revenue growth. This role is expected to stay up to date on the latest social media trends and report on key KPI's. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services across various digital channels to drive traffic, engage customers, and generate opportunities. Job duties include: Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, website, and social media. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, growth marketing, and communication roles to establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to support growth initiatives and target audience needs. Examine digital marketing performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy and decision making. Build tools to support sales enablement. Other duties as assigned. YOUR MUST HAVES: Must be 18 years of age or older. Requires 5 or more years' experience in Digital Marketing or related field. Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Technical expertise in various platforms including WordPress, Salesforce/CRM platform, and social media. WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE: In depth knowledge of current digital trends. Proficiency in photo and video editing software. Strong analytic skills and data driven decision making capabilities. OUR ENVIRONMENT: This position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
