Company Website: Job Summary: The Account Manager for Institutional Sales is the primary customer contact for commercial, institutional, educational, and hospitality accounts. This role is responsible for increasing the share of wallet on assigned accounts along with business development of new accounts. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories in an assigned account list. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, and hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments and service contractors. Value Proposition: Share the value proposition and develop solutions that lead to sales growth and long-term customer year-over-year repeat business. Contract Implementation: Work closely with the national account team and GPO's to implement contracts and national group purchasing agreements. Territory Analysis: Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs. Implement the CE Sales Management Process, identify a robust pipeline by developing opportunities that produce sales growth. Account Penetration: Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales growth. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus. Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC, equipment parts, and supplies is a plus but not required Minimum 4-year Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of outside sales experience. Highly motivated self-starter. Must maintain a positive attitude and have strong customer service skills. Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must possess the ability to problem-solve and multi-task. Driver's License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License.
