RN Unit Manager

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Skilled Nursing organization located in Berlin, NH. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time RN Unit Manager opportunity. Position : RN Unit Manager Location : Berlin, NH Duties: Day-to-day coordinator of the unit. Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's. Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare. Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate. Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit. Qualifications: Registered Nursing degree and certification in the state of NH 1 year recent supervisory experience Two years of long-term care experience CDC Infection prevention certification preferred Compensation: Very Competitive Salary Full Benefits 401k And Match PTO Please email your resume to to be considered.
