The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate marketing activities, manage content creation, and assist with various projects to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Essential Job Functions: Franchisee Marketing Support Serve a point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on local area marketing. Marketing Material Management Assist in the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to franchisees. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and webinars for franchisees on marketing tools, resources, and best practices. Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to engage and inform franchisees. Vendor Coordination Work with external vendors and agencies to support franchisee marketing efforts, including printing, advertising, and promotional materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field 1+ years of marketing or relevant experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and extremely organized Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Self-starter/resourceful Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a team environment Preferred: Experience with franchise support is a plus Experience with Canva and content creation is a plus To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location.
