What You'll Do: The Manager of Client Services is an operational and strategic thinker, driving excellence amongst the team, and ensuring retention and growth with clients in the region. The Manager is responsible for coaching Account Managers and Account Strategists to ensure customer success during implementation, continued maintenance and monitoring, and add-on services that will best support the client. The Manager is responsible for new hire onboarding and continual training to ensure the team is adopting best practices and informed of industry updates by leading and developing content for team meetings and training that fosters a culture of continued learning, application and strategic positioning. Proven experience overseeing strategic pieces of business is required as is the need to successfully balance both the internal priorities of the company with the external needs of our clients and partners. You will build strong cross functional relationships with key stakeholders across our Services, Sales, Product, Marketing and Business Development teams and partner to build and operationalize strategic initiatives for our customers. You will need to have a deep understanding of our products and solutions as well as understand how we compare to the competition and fit into the marketplace overall. Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are: Account Growth & Strategy Focus: Involved in the most sophisticated and strategic clients, able to grow external relationships and guides CS and Sales teams in growing the account. Attend meetings with key customers when leadership voice and support is needed; support the team in all facets of client relations and service including planning, activating, reporting, calls and meetings, and troubleshooting. Identifies gaps in the service and support of advanced solutions, works with cross-functional teams to find a resolve. Highly analytical, can create custom reports to show value of media, able to interpret large data sets and draw relevance for clients. Skill Building & Operational Excellence Focus: Lead a team of skilled Account Managers and Account Strategists responsible for day-to-day customer engagement throughout the campaign lifecycle; execute renowned customer experience. Elevates the knowledge and strategic foundation for the team, ranging from early career to Senior Strategists. Handles ad-hoc requests and is a significant resource to the larger team. Takes initiative and owns projects with innovative thinking and strong leadership skills. Brainstorms and implements new ways to optimize business workflows. Helps the team solve the business challenges of our clients by turning data points into actionable insight recommendations. Creates quarterly stretch goals and action planning, holding the team accountable to deliver high quality results. Assesses the team, gives feedback, and stretches them to new levels while supporting them through changes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of programmatic media experience, planning and activation experience. 3+ years of direct client management experience, experience with large client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency, or other business-related services. 2+ years of training team members, onboarding and/or as subject matter expert. 1+ year of team management experience preferred. Ability to travel 15% overnight + 15% locally. Hard Skills Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar (i.e. Excel and PPT), able to work with complex formulas. Expert level knowledge of DSPs, ad exchanges, data exchanges, performance advertiser, ad servers, and other optimization platforms. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data. Expert knowledge of programmatic media, how channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized media plan for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel. Soft Skills Excellent project-management and time-management skills with proven ability to multitask Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Able to identify and prioritize critical issues. Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships. Confident, articulate and has excellent instincts regarding business strategy and general marketing theory. Able to make decisions quickly and with minimal supervision. Excellent writing, presentation, and strategic and analytical thinking skills, able to simplify complex or tech-heavy content for the average consumer to digest, natural learner and teacher. Problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions. Able to quickly react to changing environment, great intuition and can get to the WHY quickly. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role inNew York is$100,000 - $130,000 at the time of posting , with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
