Cooking and preparing foods as required by scheduled menu. Responsible for compliance with sanitation and Food Service policies and procedures Interacts with clients in a kind, concerned and helpful manner Communicates any observations to supervisory staff that may affect the well-being of clients Reports safety and maintenance concerns to the Residential Manager Tracking and reporting inventory Attends and participates in staff meetings Performs other duties as assigned High school diploma and related kitchen and housekeeping experience preferred Ability to cook and prepare breakfast foods, sandwiches, and salads in volume Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
