Learn more about 9th Way Insignia at Project Introduction: We are looking for an Information Technology SharePoint and Power Platform Administrator to work with the Veterans Administration (VA) to support the Office of Inspector General (OIG), requirement for comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft's application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes. Professional Level Information: The Information Technology Share Point and Power Platform Administrator position aligns as a Sr. Consultant within 9th Way Insignia Technology. A Sr. Consultant will independently perform a full range of responsibilities within the function. Responsibilities: SharePoint Administration: Manage and configure SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows. Ensure proper governance, security, and compliance of SharePoint environments. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including performance optimization. Implement SharePoint updates, patches, and enhancements. Develop and maintain site templates, branding, and user-friendly interfaces. Power Platform Administration: Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Automate business processes by leveraging Power Automate to streamline workflows. Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI for enhanced decision-making. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Power Platform applications. Ensure proper integration between Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree. 8 additional years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be accepted. Experience: 5+ years of experience managing and administering SharePoint Online/Server. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server administration. Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Exchange). Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft environments. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell. Familiarity with relational databases, APIs, and data integration tools is a plus. Preferred/Desired: Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, or SharePoint Certification.
