Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation. Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on various projects with changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities Video Production: Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, events, interviews, and documentaries. Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure optimal recording conditions. Plan and storyboard video projects in collaboration with the creative team. Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished final products using video editing software. Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content. Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand's style and standards. Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Technical Support: Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to create cohesive multimedia content. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
