Assembler 1 - ASSEM005476 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Detail Description The Fabrication Entry role with us isn't just a job-it's a starting point to a great company. Nature & Scope: Responsible for assembling and sealing all joinery on metal parts to window sashes, vents, and frames be performing the following duties. Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties: include the following: other duties may be assigned. * Following sealing instructions * Apply silicone to all metal parts that are assembles * Assembles parts according to specified pattern and sequence * Screws all parts together using electric and pneumatic guns * Inspects that all joints are sealed * Assembles additional parts as required (hardware, adaptors, and grids) and assures these parts are sealed * Keep area neat, clean, and organized * Ability to work in a team environment Safety Conscious * Responsible for preventive/productive maintenance of tools Qualifications: Experience * Training will be completed on the job * Ability to read and use tape measure Dominant Physical Requirements & Essential Job Functions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
