POSITION SUMMARY: We are adding a Senior Analyst to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Analytics solutions across all Supply Chain functions. Your objective is to collaborate with others and create solutions that provide strategic and operational insights for a large user group. Along the way, the Senior Analyst will develop functional Supply Chain expertise at a complex organization and knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry. While delivering on business needs, there are opportunities to grow professionally within the team through application of your technical Analytics skills, leading projects, and managing your own workload. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate and work cross-functionally with others to build Analytics or Business Intelligence solutions from concept to design to development to release. Leverage existing and new technologies to provide insights for strategic and operational decision making by a large stakeholder group. Gather and decipher complex requirements to develop more user friendly and impactful ways of reporting and communicating information. Analyze large data sources containing historical and forecast data. Lead and manage proof of concepts, pilots, special projects, and ad-hoc requests. Collaborate with a large stakeholder group throughout the lifecycle of projects. Work together towards mutually beneficial outcomes. Establish recommendations to senior leaders and develop presentations to communicate solutions and status updates. Education & Experience: A Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Plus, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst. Or Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Plus, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst. Skills : Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Intermediate-to-Advanced level data visualization skill is highly preferred. Experience with data modeling or programming language such as SQL, R, and/or Python. Intermediate-to-Advanced level modeling or programming skill is highly preferred. Experience with data warehouses or data lakes such as Azure, Databricks, and/or Synapse. Experience providing Analytics and/or Business Intelligence solutions in a medium-to-large organization. Experience working at a complex organization is highly desired. Experience working within a Supply Chain function with a focus on planning, transport, warehousing, or fulfillment preferred. Experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, coaching less experienced team members, non-experts, and end users. Ability to explain complex problems, processes and/or tools in a clear and concise manner. Ability to take initiative to resolve problems, make decisive action, and adapt to changing priorities.
