J1 Visa Sponsorship Provider's Role with the Company: Family / Internal Medicine Physician Location: Asheville, NC Outpatient primary care in the FQHC setting Schedule: 4 Shifts of 10 hours per week No weekend or holiday work required Typical Volume: 16 patients per day MA and RN assistance EMR: Epic Background Profile: Family / Internal Medicine Physician Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Current or ability to acquire an unrestricted state of North Carolina MD or DO licensure DEA certificate required. BLS, DEA DATA 2000 Waiver and all applicable certifications required (must be obtained within 30 days of employment). Must be Medicaid & Medicare eligible. AAHIVM Certification preferred.
