Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role is critical in driving client retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and objectives. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings to assess client satisfaction levels and address any concerns. Account Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our services to existing clients. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients showcasing the value of our services. Contract Renewal and Negotiation: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring terms align with client expectations and company policies. Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their needs and interests to internal teams. Gather client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and support. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to develop client-specific solutions. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
