This role is essential in helping us maintain financial efficiency and project profitability. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed financial analysis of construction projects. Track and monitor job costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgets. Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support. Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of job cost accounting principles. Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
