This role is pivotal in optimizing our Amazon presence and leading a team of account managers across different regions. We sell globally through platforms like Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, and eBay, and also cater to wholesale markets. Responsibilities Include: Drive sales growth and optimize the company's presence on Amazon. Lead a team of Amazon account managers, setting clear goals and providing guidance. Collaborate with design, social media, and video production teams to enhance product listings. Evaluate competition, market trends, and customer behavior to refine strategies. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and leverage new features for maximum impact. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team. Ideal Qualifications: Proven track record of success in Amazon sales and optimization. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
