Tax Controversy Associate

We have an opening in the Philadelphia, PA office for a tax controversy associate in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to seven years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Strong research, writing skills, and academic record. • Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required. • Experience in tax litigation.
