Building Manager Canton , MA

Position Overview: As the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our 300,000 square foot Office/Warehouse building in Canton , Ma ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally. You will coordinate with external contractors, respond to tenant requests and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance the functionality and appearance of our property. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Hands on position requring basic knowledge wit plumbing, electrical and HVAC Repairs & Upgrades: Oversee routine and emergency repairs, coordinate with contractors, and manage upgrades to building. Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and performance metrics for management. Respond to Tenant Requests Normal Business Hours 7AM-330PM, 24/7 Emergency on-call required QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in English Associates or Technical School Certification Ability to lift 50lbs 5 Years experience in maintenance Journeyman or Apprentice License welcome
