Tele RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /n /n Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies /n Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient /n Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member /n Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays /n
