You'll serve as the point of contact for the internal and external sales teams. You will maintain online databases and quoting platforms to ensure data accuracy across platforms. KEY ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCCES:• Conduct oneself at the highest level of integrity and honesty• Desire to continuously learn, grow and improve• Ability to collaborate and problem solve• A high level of attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Interacting with business development managers to support and/or assist in marketing needs• Maintaining and updating information on company websites as needed via WordPress • Maintaining our CRM software platform, preparing reports, assisting sales team with questions and routing incoming lead inquiries• Creating and editing marketing materials such as spec sheets, sales flyers and presentations • Collaborating with and assisting the marketing manager, brand manager and internal teams as needed on various projects in coordination of the company's sales and marketing objectives and with special research, projects, and reports as assigned • Gathering data, analyzing the information, and maintaining a competitor database • Maintaining marketing internal and external library and online quoting platforms. • Assisting Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating the planning and execution of national tradeshows. May attend and work tradeshows as needed (up to 20 days per year) • Managing webstore daily operations, updates, and monthly reporting • Completing follow-up communication to new Trademark Operators to ensure customer satisfaction • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents • Assisting the marketing team with processing purchase orders and other administrative tasks ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• All other tasks as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience • A high level of attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Understanding of marketing concepts, terminology, and fundamentals • Associate's degree or 3 years relevant job experience • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
