Axiom Learning is revolutionizing education and we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to drive this mission forward. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing, mission-focused educational company specializing in providing evidence-based, research-backed tutoring, professional development, and curricular solutions to schools. We're expecting a 20x growth in the coming year and require a determined sales professional to help us achieve our targets. Your role will primarily involve selling our innovative digital curricula and assessments to K-12 school districts across the United States. You will be a key player in expanding our footprint, impacting student lives, and shaping the future of education. Kindly note that we are only looking to hire candidates who have existing sales relationships with K-12 School district decision makers in multiple districts. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business and manage client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service. Understand client needs and align our offerings with their goals, promoting the unique value proposition of Axiom's services. Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to implementation. Achieve sales quotas and business objectives. Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to refine sales strategies and operations. Requirements Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in selling digital educational products to K-12 School Districts in the United States. Existing sales relationships with current K-12 School District decision makers Ability to engage in consultative selling, demonstrating a deep understanding of our client's needs and challenges. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated excellence in building and managing relationships. High level of integrity, industriousness, and passion for transforming education. Confidence, adaptability, and flexibility to work with various personalities and learning profiles.
