Edelman DXI is seeking a Senior Analyst who will be responsible for analytics and measurement across marketing channels, with a prominent focus on digital measurement, specifically but not limited to Paid, Organic Social, Earned, Owned, Site, and Influencer. This role will be responsible for overseeing day to day data management of key Edelman clients, which will include but is not limited to campaign measurement and ongoing monitoring. Other client-facing analytics and measurement deliverables can include learning agendas, measurement frameworks, and reporting through aggregation of native and third-party media platforms. With support of a manager, the analyst will aim to provide meaningful insights and recommendations that inform strategic and tactical optimizations and decisions. Responsibilities: Independently gather, aggregate, and analyze media and marketing data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for agency clients. Manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, including native media platforms and third-party data sources. Accurately evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of campaign performance, in conjunction with manager. Inform campaign/activation goals and develop KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement frameworks as part of broader planning. Disseminate and present reporting deliverables internally. Occasionally use social media listening tools to turn real-time monitoring data into thoughtful insights/learnings with actionable recommendations. Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Strategy, Creative, and Planning teams to inform measurement strategy, data management, and guide decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with internal account teams. Promote a culture of data quality and operational efficiency. Support integrated reporting across multiple channels (e.g., Paid, Organic Social, Earned, Owned, Site, Influencer, etc.). Basic Qualifications: At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience working in performance marketing, digital media and advertising, or marketing/consumer research. Possess a bachelor's or graduate degree in communication, advertising, marketing, business, statistics, mathematics, or similar discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution. Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and communicating digital media data and campaign measurement results. Demonstrated ability to independently work with large data sets across multiple data sources, such as but not limited to native and/or third-party data platforms Knowledge of cross-channel performance analytics. Technical understanding of web analytics, ad-serving, and data management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google DFA, and Google Analytics a plus. Strong knowledge of the social media landscape, including emerging platforms and best practices. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations with support. Proficient with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other business intelligence and data visualization software is preferred. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. $56,000 - $84,000 a year An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees.
