Who We Are The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a RN Educator at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort. RN Educator Responsibilities • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in day-to-day administrative functions • Make written or oral reports to necessary personnel • Participate in the developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling of staff development classes, training, and orientation • Review and revise care plans and assessments • Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work duties • Monitor absenteeism to maintain an adequate number of nursing care personnel • Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc. RN Educator Requirements • Valid NYS RN license • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations that pertain to long-term care • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred • Previous experience in long-term care • Previous experience with Point Click Care What We Offer • Competitive pay scale • Generous employee referral bonus • Weekly payroll • Medical and dental coverage • 401k • Paid time off • CEU-eligible training programs • Ongoing leadership and professional development training • Dedicated and local leadership support Apply today!
