Hiring Immediately- Portfolio Accountant ($85K - $95K + 10% Bonus) Our client has 100 employees total in the company now - they added 35 employees this year alone. 20 employees in accounting right now including 3 in the tax group. They're adding a couple of new products this year so they're continuing to grow. They are hiring for Portfolio Accountant , who will prepare the initial financial package to be reviewed by the Assistant Controller and pull together the portfolio management package. About the role: Complete periodic desktop audits and communicate results to Asset Managers, including: o Recovery income audits o Lease administration audits Monitor/review monthly financial reports prepared by third-party property managers for assigned real estate assets, including: o Review of financial performance (budget vs. actual) o Provide guidance on the firm's accounting practices and ensure compliance Qualifications: 1-3 years of accounting experience REQUIRED BS in Accounting REQUIRED Strong Excel skills REQUIRED; Yardi familiarity a plus Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and attention to detail skills Visit our website to learn more about our openings!
