Overview Select Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist in Charlton, MA Sign on bonus eligible up to $20k! Ask me about our student debt program! Our Charlton outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Large, open center with ample space for functional exercise, private treatment areas, and dynamic clinic atmosphere. Center is conveniently located 16 miles from Worcester, 37 miles from Springfield, 60 miles from Boston, and 45 miles from Hartford, CT. Center is located 1.6 miles from Iconic Tree House Brewing Company. We have 2 PTs in this center. We treat ortho, neuro, vestibular, concussion mgmt., sports med, dry needling, industrial rehab and a fall prevention program. Charlton location is about 40% federally funded (medicare), those patients are probably 50% total joints (knees, more than hips), the rest are geriatric patients spanning balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults. The remaining 60% are probably half youth patients and half active adults. We see a wide range of post operative patients (rotator cuffs, ACLs etc). The Center has been open and busy since 2013. We have opportunity to grow our relationships with the local high schools. Two therapists working there full time, long time Select employees. PSS in place for long time as well. Act as a business owner to help grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios. Build and maintain local industry relationships with opportunity to develop and expand expertise in industrial services. Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants. Ability to work in a positive environment where people feel valued and work together to achieve company objectives. Partner with philanthropic programs and events in order to give back to the community. Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
