Senior FP&A Analyst - Hybrid - Fashion An apparel & fashion brand is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their corporate headquarters on a hybrid basis. This individual will collaborate with the finance and business teams to develop expense forecasts, seasonal budgets, handle monthly closing processes, and prepare financial packages for senior management. Responsibilities: Support budgeting and monthly financial forecasting processes Create forecasting models for sales and profitability Craft executive-level presentations for management Enhance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management to ensure alignment with business targets Monitor and report monthly actual results compared to the established plan. Develop seasonal profit and loss forecasts Assess variances between projected and actual outcomes and identify areas for improvement Provide financial guidance to business leaders in designing financial solutions that facilitate the monitoring of risks and opportunities Independently handle ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst roles Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated capability to work both independently and cross functionally with other business units Advanced expertise in Excel Previous involvement in any product/inventory environment is required, brand retail/wholesale is preferred Salary: $75,000-$110,000 The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity, and other non-cash incentives.
