The Role The restaurant group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and strategic planning to support the company's growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations Manage financial transactions across all entities, ensuring accurate recording and reporting Prepare monthly management accounts and report performance against budget to key stakeholders Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, audit files, and audit processes in consultation with external auditors Work with the Group Financial Controller to enhance internal controls and implement finance policies and procedures What they are looking for: Relevant accounting qualification with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including team management Proficient in Excel, Office 365, and QuickBooks with strong analytical and organizational skills Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships across the business What they're offering: Remote work - Must be based in LA as will move to Hybrid and be able to visit restaurants A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development and being part of a renowned restaurant group If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Nastasija at COREcruitment dot com
