Learn more at Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Channel & Partner Marketing to join our team located in West Chester, PA, Palm Beach, FL, Warsaw, IN, Raynham, MA or remote for the right candidate. In this role, the C&PM will identify account critical insights to inform strategies to offer account solutions, advance J&J MedTech Orthopaedics (JJMTO) competitiveness and drive sustained growth in targeted AMCs. This person will build relationships with an extensive network of key stakeholders and influencers at targeted AMC and will collaborate with a wide array of cross-functional partners across all the JJMTO business units to develop solutions for Resident, Fellow & Attending education, clinical priorities, and value-based initiatives. This person will work very closely with their peers in Sales, Prof Ed, Account Management, Marketing, HEMA, and Digital to endure actions are in sync and approach is coordinated and strategically aligned. They will proactively engage in strategic planning with account to build long-term value, create, maintain, and expand JJMTO connection points with key AMC stakeholders, and develop customized account plans that addresses how best to meet account needs. This person has the responsibility to deliver against specific budget and timeframes and will ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and reginal requirements, company regulations, policy, and procedures. Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional partners (Sales, Prof Ed, Marketing, HEMA, Account Management) to ensure actions are in sync and approach is coordinated and strategically aligned with targeted AMCs to drive revenue growth. Develop strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and spearhead quarterly business reviews with cross-functional partners to track progress and review KPIs. Gain a thorough understanding of AMC needs and requirements and propose solutions to meet AMC objectives. Collaborate with Prof Ed, Sales, and Marketing across all JJMTO to create an enduring key stakeholder influencer map and devise an actionable key stakeholder & PGY3-5/Fellow's relationship model/tracking for prioritized AMCs. Connect with a wide array of cross-functional partners to identify organizational needs for Resident, Fellow and Attending education, faculty identification, clinical priorities, and understand unique value-based requirements. Support cross-function partners to identify the appropriate key stakeholder to integrate with the fulfillment of these needs. Lead clinical and non-clinical key stakeholder focus groups to derive critical insights to inform strategies to advance JJMTO competitiveness and drive sustained growth in this vital growth segment for the organization. Build relationships with an extensive network of key stakeholders and influencers in prioritized AMCs. Ensure consistent senior leadership engagement between targeted AMC and JJMTO. Deliver against specified budgets and timeframes and will ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,500. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field required Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A. or M.S) is highly preferred. 10 years of experience in commercial role in Orthopaedics, Medical Devices, Robotics, Digital, Capital, or Healthcare sector. 5 years prior direct people management and/or significant complex indirect project/people management experience required. The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across a matrix organization is required. The ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple projects/priorities as the directly responsible individual (DRI) in a fast-paced, environment is required. Ability to establish a vision, and a project plan and then execute proactively, be it independently or within a team, is required. Exceptional interpersonal, professional, and presentation skills are required. Requirement to reside in Northeast, Midwest, Central and Western US regions.
