This full-time Finance MBA Rotational Program will prepare candidates to be future finance leaders. Varied exposure will be gained in three (3), 8-month rotations within our business units (GBUs) as Finance Business Partners, as well as opportunities for unique rotations in finance related areas such as Procurement, Treasury, etc. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be formally placed as needed within the business, with consideration to the candidate's interests. This MBA rotational program will launch your career to the next level through a targeted approach. **At this time, Sanofi will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization). ** Key Responsibilities Will Include: Assist in budgeting, forecasting and Strat Plan process for perimeter of responsibility Make proactive recommendations to management on business improvement and monitor risks and opportunities Support the analysis of monthly close results, including actual vs. target performance for leading indicators Contribute toward organization objectives by collaborating among related Finance teams and business partners Assist in increasing the financial awareness and education of business partners Interface and work collaboratively with other finance teams within Sanofi (FinOps, A2R, Global, etc.) Perform ad hoc analysis at the request of Global Business Unit personnel/management Specific Accountabilities : In addition to the above, depending on GBU/area placement, the candidate will: Collaborate cross functionally with international teams and commercial sales teams Collaborate with business development, alliance management, and technical accounting to understand financial implications of R&D deals on budgets and company cash flow Forecast and manage CAPEX budgets Utilize advanced AI tools and modeling to forecast sales and other metrics Assist in strategic planning and define the financial implications to business decisions Provide financial guidance & directions to the GBU/business leaders in achieving Net Revenue & BOI targets as well as propose corrective actions if necessary Monitor & review with the Gross to Net COE the adequacy of related reserves & month-end provisions Support cash flow objectives & collections forecasting, and other ad-hoc projects as necessary Basic Qualifications: Currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2025 Must have completed a bachelor's degree Must have permanent US work authorization Must be able to relocate to our office location Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are desirable. 1 to 2 years of pre-MBA professional experience Good understanding of the overall business cycle Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance Demonstrated ability to challenge, negotiate, influence, advise and advocate in a constructive manner Excellent skills in Communication / Presentation / Training Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; focused on solutions Project management skills Proficient computer skills: ERP (SAP) systems (preferred), advanced excel skills (required) Why Choose Us Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.
