The Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist will oversee the AP and Payroll Systems, manage AP transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure clear communication with staff, customers, and external parties. This position will also support financial reporting for the Accounting Department. Responsibilities: - Overseeing AP/Payroll System - Acting as a liaison between staff and payroll/benefits provider - Maintaining vendor information and supporting documents - Processing residential and commercial real estate closing transactions as needed - Assisting with annual 1099s and franchise audit documentation - Processing franchise payments and referral payments - Resolving bank reconciliation issues - Facilitating the hiring process - Cross-training to support other accounting functions Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Familiarity with real estate software, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems Education: No Degree Required Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: - Experience in AP/Payroll or relevant area - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Apply today for immediate consideration!
