Director of Finance

Responsibilities: Execute timely monthly and quarterly financial close of financials. Provide general accounting functions, financial reporting, and analysis. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. Develop, implement, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, controls, and financial reporting systems. Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize operational performance. Build and improve infrastructure, including implementing a scalable ERP system. Coordinate tax returns and ensure compliance with income tax requirements. Facilitate annual audits with external auditors. Contribute to strategic decision-making and manage financial risks and opportunities. Qualifications: Exceptional financial and business acumen. Hands-on experience in financial planning and reporting. Strong leadership and management skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to drive accountability. Experience in high-growth companies. Strong work ethic and can-do attitude. Proficiency in implementing, integrating, and improving systems.
