A primary care practice located in New Jersey is actively seeking a patient-oriented and diligent Psychiatric Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW), who is bilingual in English and Spanish, to join their growing staff. In this role, the Psychiatric Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) provides diagnostic interviews, medication management, and therapy to patients as well as consultation to physicians and staff members. Responsibilities The Psychiatric Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) will: Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients Provide comprehensive psychiatric care Document all patient care in electronic medical record Participate in CQI projects Provide consultation to primary care providers Qualifications Active LMSW or LCSW in the State of New Jersey Bilingual, English and Spanish 1+ year of experience Ability to multitask Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized Excellent attention to detail
