Job Highlights Job Description The Financial Reporting Accountant will provide support to the Finance operations team of CCL Industries, a $4.0 Billion corporation with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The position will report into Victoria Sho, Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, and will be based at the CCL Operations Group Headquarters in Framingham, MA. It is a full-time, in-person role (not remote or hybrid). The Financial Reporting Accountant will be expected to: Work with the finance team with HFM Database maintenance and financial reports Review, update and HFM reports to meet the requirements Review Balance Sheet and Income Statement for each site Compare the monthly figures in HFM reports to Hyperion report to make sure YTD values agree Reviewing and posting journal entries, , invoices, wires, cash receipts All IC billings receipts into JDE Review/ follow up / correct Top 15 Customers Tab Review/ follow up/ correct Forecast files Review Hyperion IC reports (IC Sales, IC Loans, long term debt, short term debt and investments) and check balance Assist with Budget Flash and budget files review. Work with the finance team in month end reporting and any projects that come up. Work with Hyperion consultant as needed to create/update Macros, and to add new entities, new accounts, and new currencies. Support Miscellaneous office activities as needed: Review and post journal entries, invoices, wires, cash receipts All IC billings receipts into JDE Review Sales and Bookings reports submitted by sites on a weekly basis prepare the consolidated report E-mail Healthcare billing to IC sites Prepare/ sort out daily miscellaneous mailings (regular mail and shipments by FedEx) Perform maintenance checks on the Pitney Bowes mailing machine Provide telephone support Job Summary & Requirements Job Requirements Ideal candidate would be a professional with 5+ years or more of experience in an office environment, with strong data management skills and IT skills. Must be fluent in Excel, Word, Visual basic and other commonly used Microsoft Office software. Must be very detail oriented and have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, the maturity/integrity/discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information, and the capacity to function as an effective and respected resource and partner within the organization. Must be able to work independently and set priorities to meet firm reporting deadlines. Must have a willingness to get things done regardless of the task, and be comfortable in a small, open office environment. Must have a good sense of humor!!! User Experience with Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) a plus Compensation Annual Salary: $US 100,000+ depending on experience Bonus Opportunity: 5% of Salary at 100% EPS achievement, with a maximum payout of 15% (this can also be 10% at par and 25% max depending on candidate).
