The Vice President of Human Resources (HR) serves as a key member of Keystone's Leadership team and is an active participant in making strategic decisions that affect our mission. This position is responsible for identifying human resources needs across the organization and overseeing initiatives to respond to those needs to ensure excellence and consistency in human resources practices. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting Keystone's Board of Directors, Subsidiary Boards, and Executive Staff with human resources matters and requirements. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, highly driven, subject matter expert, capable of delivering results that support the organization's commitment to recruit, develop, engage, and retain employees. We are seeking highly experienced candidates skilled with the use of data analytics that leverage metrics to inform, influence, and educate a wide range of constituents. Key Responsibilities •Oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department including, but not limited to, contractual and regulatory compliance, implementation and compliance of policies and procedures, recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, payroll, education, development, employee relations and employee engagement. •Serves as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies in matters related to human resources. Serves as the point of contact for employment counsel and outside government agencies. •Protects interests of employees and Keystone in accordance with human resources policies and governmental laws and regulations •Oversees initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement in culture, employee engagement, retention, and performance with the collaboration of organizational leadership. •Manages the selection and engagement of human resources consultants, insurance brokers, insurance carriers, retirement plan administrators, training specialists, employment counsel and other external partners. •Directs the design and administration of effective, competitive, and equitable compensation models and benefit plans. •Attends Board of Directors and Committee meetings regularly throughout the year •Along with the leadership team, positively impacts talent management, inclusive culture, and engagement Required Qualifications, Education and Experience: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required. Advanced degree in one of these fields strongly preferred. •Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred. •Minimum of eight to ten years of relevant senior level human resources management experience, particularly experience in a behavioral health, human services or other relevant field •Minimum of ten years previous supervisory experience. •Prior experience establishing strong partnerships with organizational leaders is required. •Thorough knowledge of HR disciplines and thorough knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws is required. •Practices a high degree of professionalism, sensitivity, integrity and confidentiality and supporting culture of inclusivity. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
