Who we are We are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our GenAI Content and Commerce initiative. A key part of Attentive's product strategy is leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to personalize billions of messages. At our scale, even small mistakes can have significant consequences. This role will own quality of AI generated content across the Attentive platform to ensure every message hits the mark and accurately reflects the "voice" of the brand. In addition, this role will define new ways for consumers to explore and buy via GenAI powered conversational products, including our existing Concierge product ( This role will own platform-level quality framework and build innovative products and systems to continuously improve Generative AI content quality for Attentive. They will also have direct revenue responsibility and ownership over conversational product lines, including being responsible for 0 to 1 and early stage initiatives through full scale. A successful leader will be eager to jump into a fast move and data-driven environment. They will have an eagerness to dive into the technology and customer use cases to match the evolving AI landscape. Why Attentive needs you Own message quality strategy and products at platform level to continuously improve and uphold high quality bar for Attentive AI products Innovate on ways to emulate the "voice" of a brand in messages to create authentic brand experiences Lead product strategy and discovery of new conversational commerce products and own P&L Act as a player/coach wherein you will lead your own team, while also being responsible for hiring, coaching and developing 2-5 other PMs Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to generative AI and LLMs to inform product decisions. Connect with customers and customer facing teams to understand user needs, develop insights, inform and drive our message quality and conversational commerce roadmaps, and improve the quality and performance of AI interactions About you You have 7+ years experience as a Product Manager leading strategic vision, crafting product roadmaps, and coordinating product strategies across a group of products Experience working with generative AI and LLMs and delivering products from concept to launch You think deeply, quickly and analytically - driving business outcomes for our customers You measure your success through shipped full products and can point to specific examples where you have owned a high-impact release from discovery through scaling revenue You are deeply analytical and are comfortable sorting through data & using it to make data driven decisions You are an excellent communicator and storyteller (written & verbal), both with technical and non-technical audiences You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
